The price shown for virtual servers applies to the first term; on renewal the rate listed with each plan applies. Migration, configuration and administration work are priced separately from hosting – we confirm the final amount in the offer.

You pay for what you actually need. If you only need mailboxes or only a website, you take that hosting service on its own. If your system needs an environment of its own with root access, you choose a virtual Linux server sized by processor, memory, disk and traffic.

We keep hosting and work separate: migration, configuration and day-to-day administration are not included in the monthly hosting fee. That makes it clear what is already covered and what has to be planned as additional work. Backup frequency and retention are listed with each plan.

Mailbox hosting

Microsoft Exchange or Google Workspace mailboxes up to 50 GB, a 50 GB archive and the Outlook or Gmail web interface.

Virtual Linux servers

Six VPS plans – from 1 vCPU and 1 GB RAM up to 16 vCPU and 48 GB RAM, with an NVMe SSD disk and traffic included.

Backups and recovery

Daily backups are included in every VPS plan. For hosting services, backup frequency and retention are listed with each plan.

Migration from your current provider

We move your website, mailboxes or server environment at an agreed time and take care of DNS, certificates and mail records.

Access and maintenance

We agree who administers the environment, how access rights and updates are managed, and who is responsible in case of a failure.

At an agreed time we move the data, set up DNS, certificates and mail records, and verify everything with real working scenarios.

We monitor resources, run the agreed backups and, as needs grow, move you to a larger plan without interrupting the service.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does hosting cost?

A mailbox costs 5,50 € per month per mailbox, website hosting costs 10,00 € per month per website, and virtual Linux servers start at 1,99 € per month. All prices exclude VAT.

Will the VPS price change on renewal?

Yes. Each VPS plan lists the first-term price and the renewal rate – for example, VPS-1 costs 1,99 €, and 3,99 € per month on renewal. Email and website hosting prices do not change on renewal.

Are backups included?

Yes. Daily backups are included in all VPS plans. Mailbox backups are taken at 1-day and 1-month intervals, website backups at 3-day and 3-month intervals. We agree recovery objectives before the service goes live.

Can I move to a larger plan?

Yes. We change the VPS plan as your needs grow: resources are increased at an agreed time and the data stays in the same environment. The same applies to the number of mailboxes.

Do you migrate from an existing provider?

Yes. We move websites, mailboxes and server environments. Migration work is priced separately from the monthly hosting fee, and we agree a time so the service is not interrupted during working hours.
